Notice of Suspension is Lifted

As many of you will know, Ofsted have been in touch to lift the suspension on the nursery, which is great news, so we will be opening the doors again tomorrow morning.

We would like to thank those of you that could make it in to see us today. It was great to see you all, speak to you and answer any questions you had.

If you were not able to visit us this evening, but you still have questions, then please do not hesitate to make an appointment with Alice, Matthew or Roger at the nursery, we will be happy to meet with you.  You are welcome to visit us whenever is convenient for you.

Moving forwards

We are still going to be closely monitored by Ofsted and now the suspension has been lifted, we have entered a probationary period. We are unsure as to how long this probationary period is, having asked a number of times. During this period, Ofsted will visit the nursery to check on us. Once the probationary period has been signed off by Ofsted, we will receive a full inspection within 5 days.

Still plenty to do

Just because the suspension has been lifted does not mean we will rest on our laurels. We will continue the fantastic momentum we have created over the last couple of weeks and prepare ourselves for a full inspection.

We know we still have things to improve; in the rooms, the back office and general communications, but we are taking the appropriate steps to do this.

We just want to thank all of you again who have supported us through what has been quite an emotional time and we are looking forward to seeing many of you back at nursery from tomorrow morning.

Nursery will be open from 7.30am – 6.00pm as normal.

Thanks again,

Little Rascals Management Team
