Weekly Roundup – 12th July 2019

We have a fun packed 6 weeks for our Holiday Clubbers and we have a limited number of places left. Please call 01772 789419 if you would like to book a place.

Thanks to all the families who came to our Preschool Graduation, we hope you had a wonderful time, although I’m sure there were a few tears shed along the way. Watch out for the pictures and videos coming soon.

Tiny Tigres

This week the Tigers have really enjoyed testing out their senses and trying lots of different fruits. This shows a good willingness to try different textures and tastes and find new favourites. We tried peach, kiwi, watermelon, raspberries, pear, orange and bananas.

Toddleing Turtles

We have read the Thomas Tank Engine book before we made our very own train using boxes. We went on a train journey around the room in our very own hand made trains and we even had special tickets.

We have also been exploring our family and friend picture books. Talking about who we can see and what they are doing. We have had a very fun week and we can’t wait for our train tour again next week.

Eager Elephants

Eager Elephants have been practising their cutting skills with Alina this week. They have been having a go at cutting different lines, straight and wavy and learning how to hold scissors safely.

We have also been practising our climbing skills, climbing on the climbing frame and on the balancing beams outside.
Our new book we are looking at is We’re Going on a Bear Hunt! We will be doing activities based around the book in the upcoming weeks.

Marvellous Monkeys

We had so much fun at our Pre-school graduation, Billy the entertainer game and we played lots of games and had a go on the bouncy castle. One of our parents made us all a cupcake, they tasted amazing!
